Delicious Chocolate Crepes – Recipe and Preparation
Delicious chocolate crepes are one of the most beloved French desserts, enjoyed by both adults and children alike. With their irresistible taste, they are especially adored by kids. This treat is easy and quick to prepare, making it a favorite for homemade desserts.
Homemakers can prepare crepes with a variety of delicious fillings, such as cream-filled crepes, honey crepes, clotted cream crepes, or banana crepes.
Ingredients for Delicious Chocolate Crepes:

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

4 tablespoons of powdered milk

1 and 1/2 cups of water

2 bananas, sliced into evenly sized rounds

Chocolate spread

How to Prepare Delicious Chocolate Crepes:
You can either use ready-made chocolate spread or prepare homemade chocolate.
How to Make the Chocolate:
Place 1 cup of cocoa powder in a deep bowl. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla, and a quarter stick of butter. Stir the mixture well over low heat.
Gradually mix powdered milk dissolved in warm water into the cocoa mixture, stirring rapidly. Add a few pieces of dark chocolate and allow them to melt into the blend.
Preparing the Crepe Batter:
In a blender, place the eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, white vinegar, and vegetable oil. Blend well until smooth.
Dissolve the powdered milk in cold water separately, then gradually add this milk-water mixture to the blender while continuing to mix, until you get a smooth and cohesive batter.
Lightly grease a suitable nonstick pan and warm it up over medium heat.
Brush the pan with a little oil again. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and quickly spread it into a thin, even circle.
Let it cook over low heat until the surface dries and the crepe can easily move in the pan.
Flip the crepe and cook the other side until done.
Repeat the process until all the batter is used. You should end up with about eight crepes.
Clean the pan and lightly grease it again, keeping it ready to reheat the crepes if needed.
Assembling the Chocolate Crepes:
Spread chocolate and hazelnut spread generously inside each crepe. Fold each crepe neatly into a square shape.
Place the folded crepes on a serving dish, then garnish with extra chocolate sauce, fresh banana slices, and some delicious strawberries.
Serve the hot, irresistible chocolate crepes immediately and enjoy them at their best!
