Tiramisu Ingredients (Serves 4):

Tiramisu

  • 2 packs of tea biscuits (ladyfingers or similar)

  • 1 pack of whipping cream

  • ½ cup fresh milk

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee or Nescafé

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 150 grams cream cheese

  • ½ cup drinking water

How to Prepare Tiramisu:

  1. Prepare the coffee soak:
In a bowl, dissolve the instant coffee and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder in the drinking water. Stir well until fully combined.

  2. Soak the biscuits:
Dip half of the tea biscuits into the coffee mixture briefly (do not oversoak), then neatly arrange them at the bottom of your serving dish.

  3. Make the cream mixture:
In a blender or mixer, combine the whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Blend for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and well integrated.

  4. Add cocoa mixture:
Pour the remaining cocoa-coffee mixture into the blended cream and continue mixing until well combined.

  5. Assemble the tiramisu:
Pour half of the cream mixture over the arranged biscuits, spreading it evenly.
Arrange the second half of the tea biscuits over the cream layer.
Add the remaining cream mixture as the final layer, smoothing it over the top.

  6. Finish and chill:
Dust the surface with the remaining cocoa powder.
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator and chill for at least 8 hours to set properly.

  7. Serve:
Once set, remove the tiramisu from the fridge and serve chilled to your family and guests. Enjoy this creamy, indulgent dessert!
