  • ½ teaspoon mixed spices

  • 2 cucumbers, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 flatbread, cut into four triangles

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

How to Cook Chicken Breasts with Rice:

First, cook the rice by placing it in a pot, covering with water, and cooking until the water is absorbed and the rice is fully cooked.

Meanwhile, marinate the chicken breasts by placing them in a bowl and adding the olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, Italian seasoning, mixed spices, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly, then let it marinate for at least 1 hour—longer if possible for deeper flavor.
