Indian Vegetable Korma – A Traditional, Flavorful, and Nourishing Dish
Indian Vegetable Korma is a beloved traditional dish from the heart of Indian cuisine. 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream

Preparation Steps:
Begin by heating the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent. Add the ginger and garlic, and cook for about a minute, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Next, add the potatoes, carrots, green chili, and cashews. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
Season the mixture with salt and curry powder, stirring again to combine. Cover and let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots begin to soften.
Add the frozen peas, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and the cream. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes, allowing the vegetables to fully cook and the flavors to blend beautifully.
Once done, serve the vegetable korma in a large dish. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
