-
3 tablespoons oil
-
Salt to taste
-
½ teaspoon saffron
-
2½ cups rice
-
⅔ cup soaked raisins
-
½ cup almonds
How to Cook Kebab with Rice:
First, prepare the kebabs by placing the minced meat, dried coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, chopped onion, mint, fresh coriander, and melted butter into a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into kebab fingers, place them on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the rice by bringing the water, oil, and salt to a light boil in a pot. Add the ground saffron and rice, stirring gently. Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it cook until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender, which takes about 20 minutes.
Remove the rice from the heat and keep it covered for a few minutes. Then add the soaked raisins and fried almond slices, mixing gently to combine.
To serve, place the rice on a large serving dish, top with the baked kebabs, and present this delicious meal to your family to enjoy.
