How to Make Baked Chicken Casserole:

First, place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and season them with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and cumin. Mix well so the chicken absorbs the flavors evenly.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, but avoid cooking them through completely.
