For the Steak:

1 can of sliced mushrooms

1 green onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup cooking cream

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground white pepper
How to Prepare Beef Steak with Creamy Mushroom Sauce:
Start by tenderizing the steak. Place each slice between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet to flatten slightly, making it easier to cook.
In a freezer bag, mix olive oil and vinegar. Place the steak pieces inside, seal the bag, and let them marinate for about 1 hour. The vinegar helps soften the meat and infuses it with flavor.
Remove the meat from the marinade and place in a shallow dish. Season with rosemary, garlic, basil, salt, black pepper, cardamom, and lemon juice. Mix everything well so the meat is fully coated.
In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over high heat. Sear the steak on both sides, then lower the heat and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness. Once done, remove the steak from the pan and set aside on a serving dish.
In the same skillet, add butter and the chopped green onion. Sauté briefly until the onion softens. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Sprinkle in the flour, salt, and white pepper, then stir until the butter and flour start to clump slightly.
Gradually pour in the cooking cream, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens into a creamy consistency similar to béchamel. Once ready, turn off the heat and set the sauce aside.
Separately, fry some potato slices until golden and crispy. Arrange them next to the steak on the serving plate.
