Cooking Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, grated potato, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, cardamom, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are fully combined into a uniform dough-like mixture.
Knead the mixture well until it holds together firmly. Place the dough on a sheet of plastic wrap and seal it from all sides.
Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a rectangle on a solid surface. Once shaped, refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to help it firm up.
After chilling, remove the dough from the fridge and cut it into evenly sized rectangles—or into any shape you prefer.
Now it’s time to coat the nuggets. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten egg mixture, and one with breadcrumbs. Dip each nugget first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Repeat this for all pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the nuggets, flipping them on both sides until they turn golden brown and crispy.
