Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 100 grams frozen green beans, thawed

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For garnish:

  • Chopped green onions, to taste

How to Make Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until fully cooked, then remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, stir-fry the red and yellow bell peppers along with the green beans for a few minutes until they start to soften.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the garlic and ginger. Stir everything together until well combined.

In a separate small bowl, mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, and water. Stir until smooth, then pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.

Transfer the stir-fry to serving plates, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately so your family can enjoy its delicious and savory flavors.
