How to Make Chicken Stroganoff:
First, in a bowl, mix the chicken strips with balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, stirring until tender. Remove this mixture from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, increase the heat to high, add the chicken strips, and cook until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in the same pan over medium heat. Add the flour, stirring constantly until it combines with the butter.

Lower the heat, return the cooked chicken, onion, and mushroom mixture to the pan, and stir everything together until well combined.
