Choco Mousse Dessert – Irresistible Delight for All Ages – Full Recipe Guide

Choco Mo (short for chocolat mousse) is a creamy, indulgent dessert that combines the richness of chocolate with the lightness of whipped cream and the chill of ice cream. It’s particularly adored by children for its playful texture and sweet, layered flavor, and is often served in gatherings, celebrations, and cozy family evenings.

Beyond its delightful taste, this dessert offers a considerable energy boost thanks to its calorie content. The chocolate provides antioxidants that support heart health and help regulate blood pressure, while the minerals in the ingredients—like iron, calcium, zinc, and potassium—contribute to strong bones, healthy blood, and boosted mood. The fiber content supports digestion, and the cooling nature of the dessert helps refresh the body and elevate mental clarity.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

Choco Mousse Dessert

  • 500 grams of chocolate ice cream

  • 1 sachet of Chantilly cream powder (or whipped cream mix)

  • 1 cup of cold milk

  • ½ cup of chocolate syrup or sauce

  • 2 chocolate-coated biscuit sticks (e.g., Kit Kat or similar)

  • 3 tablespoons of sliced or crushed hazelnuts

How to Prepare Choco Mo:

Start by preparing the whipped cream. In a mixing bowl, add the Chantilly cream powder and the milk. Beat the mixture until it becomes thick and fluffy. Once ready, refrigerate it for about an hour to set.

While the cream is chilling, cut the chocolate biscuits into medium-sized chunks.

Once everything is ready, begin assembling the dessert cups. In each serving glass, add a scoop of chocolate ice cream as the base layer. Follow it with a layer of whipped cream.

Repeat the layering once more: another scoop of ice cream, then a final layer of whipped cream.

Top each cup with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of hazelnut slices, and a few pieces of the chocolate biscuit for added crunch.

Arrange the dessert cups on a tray and serve chilled. The combination of textures—cold, creamy, crunchy—and deep chocolate flavor is sure to delight guests of all ages.

Bon appétit!
