  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons of Nutella or any chocolate spread

  • 100 grams of ground hazelnuts

  • Liquid milk (as needed to bind the mixture)

  • Shredded coconut (for coating) – optional

  • Crushed cornflakes (for coating) – optional


How to Make Chocolate Balls:

  1. Crush the Biscuits:

    Break the tea biscuits into chunks and blend them in a food processor until finely crushed. You can also crush them manually using a rolling pin and a sealed bag.

  2. Mix the Ingredients:

    In a deep bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with cocoa powder, ground hazelnuts, condensed milk, Nutella, and just enough liquid milk to form a cohesive, moldable dough.

    Mix thoroughly using a spoon or your hands until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly sticky.

  3. Form the Balls:

    Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a walnut. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

  4. Coat the Balls:

    Roll half of the balls in shredded coconut and the other half in crushed cornflakes, coating them completely for texture and presentation.

  5. Chill and Serve:

    Arrange the chocolate balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes until firm. Once set, they’re ready to serve.
