Ingredients (Serves 4):

Chocolate Nescafé Cake

For the Cake:

  • 250g unsalted butter

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp espresso powder

  • 100ml whole milk

  • 250g all-purpose flour

  • 40g cocoa powder

  • 250g fine sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 150ml heavy cream

For the Chocolate Cream Topping:

  • 150g milk chocolate

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 100ml heavy cream

  • 50g unsalted butter

How to Make Chocolate Nescafé Cake:

Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate-Butter Mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with the dark chocolate. Once smooth, stir in the espresso powder and milk. Continue mixing until completely combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and fine sugar. Mix until uniform.

Step 3: Create the Batter
Add the dry mixture gradually to the warm chocolate-butter blend, stirring until smooth. Then incorporate the eggs, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until a thick, glossy batter forms.

Step 4: Bake the Cake
Grease a cake pan with butter to prevent sticking. Pour the batter in and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about one hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Step 5: Prepare the Chocolate Cream
Using a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and cream together, stirring until silky and smooth.

Step 6: Finish and Serve
Once the cake has cooled, pour the chocolate cream topping evenly over the surface. Let it set at room temperature or refrigerate for a firmer texture.

Slice and serve this aromatic masterpiece to family and friends for a dessert that blends bold coffee character with velvety chocolate—an unforgettable treat to start the day or end a meal with warmth and satisfaction.
