  • 500 grams (½ kg) ready-made pizza dough

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings

  • ¼ cup black olives

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup edam cheese, shredded or sliced

  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 tomato, sliced into rings


How to Prepare Four-Cheese Pizza:

Start by heating a little olive oil in a pan and lightly sautéing the mushrooms until they soften.

Next, place the pizza dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a round shape.

Transfer the dough onto a greased baking tray (using either oil or butter) to prevent sticking.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough.

Sprinkle half the quantity of each cheese—mozzarella, edam, parmesan, and cheddar—over the sauce.

Add the sautéed mushrooms and sliced green bell peppers on top of the cheese layer.

Now, sprinkle the remaining half of the cheeses over the vegetables to create a rich, cheesy topping.

Garnish the pizza with black olives and tomato slices for added flavor and visual appeal.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Once done, remove the pizza from the oven, slice it, and serve it hot to family and friends for a truly delightful and cheesy experience.
