How to Make French Cruller Donuts:
Begin by placing the water, butter, sugar, and salt into a saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture until the butter melts completely and the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
Once boiling, add the flour all at once, stirring vigorously until a thick, smooth dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and let the dough cool slightly.
Next, beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring until fully incorporated and the mixture is glossy and smooth.
Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pipe out circular shapes, forming small rings.
