1 pack of pasta

1 can of chicken sausage

2 red bell peppers

1 can of cooking cream

1 tablespoon tomato paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 garlic cloves, crushed

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon curry powder
How to Prepare Pasta with Chicken Sausage:
Start by boiling a large pot of water. Add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once done, drain and set aside.
Slice the chicken sausages into rounds. Cut the red bell peppers into small cubes and slice the onion (if using). Crush the garlic cloves.
In a wide, deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bell peppers and garlic. Sauté the mixture for a few minutes until fragrant and the vegetables begin to soften.
Add the sliced chicken sausages to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until lightly browned and heated through.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Mix in the soy sauce, curry powder, salt, tomato paste, and cooking cream. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the sauce is evenly distributed.
If desired, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to give the dish a spicy kick. Mix again and let the pasta absorb the flavors for a couple of minutes on low heat.
