Peanut Butter Pie – Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Peanut butter pie is a delicious and beloved dessert enjoyed around the world. It’s known for its simplicity, rich flavor, and the ease with which it can be prepared using ingredients that are almost always available in stores. But beyond its great taste, this pie is also packed with powerful nutritional benefits.

One of the key ingredients, peanut butter, offers numerous health advantages. It supports cardiovascular health by helping prevent the buildup of cholesterol and calcium in the blood vessels, thus reducing the risk of arterial blockages.

Peanut butter also plays a role in muscle growth and nerve nourishment, while its antioxidant properties help protect muscle tissue from cancerous changes. Additionally, due to its high protein content, it enhances mental clarity and boosts brain function.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Pie (Serves 4):

Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1½ cups crushed biscuits (like graham crackers or digestive cookies)

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 package cream cheese

  • 1¼ cups peanut butter

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to Make Peanut Butter Pie:

Begin by mixing the crushed biscuits and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Combine them thoroughly until you get a moist, crumbly mixture. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan to form the crust.

Place the pan into a preheated oven at 350°C (about 175°F) for five minutes. Once baked, remove it and let the crust cool completely.

Next, whip the heavy cream in a mixer on high speed until it becomes thick and fluffy. Set it aside.

In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract using a mixer on high speed until smooth and fully blended.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Stir carefully until the ingredients are well combined and the texture is creamy and uniform.

Pour the filling over the cooled crust in the pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover the pan and refrigerate the pie for at least one hour to set.

Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Slice it, plate it, and serve it to your family for a flavorful, satisfying dessert that delivers both taste and health benefits in every bite.
