This dessert is often prepared in large quantities for special occasions and family gatherings, since it requires little time but yields an impressive result.
Nutritionally, it is calorie-dense, giving the body a quick boost of energy. Because of this, it should be eaten in moderation, especially by people following a diet or struggling with excess weight. Still, this dessert has several benefits—it supports heart health, helps widen blood vessels, improves mood, sharpens memory, and strengthens the body thanks to its minerals such as iron, zinc, potassium, and calcium.
