Ingredients (Serves 5)

Mars Chocolate Cheesecake

For the base:

  • 250g digestive biscuits

  • 100g butter, melted

  • 12 Mars chocolate bars (regular size), for layering and decorating

For the filling:

  • 200g cream cheese

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp gelatin, dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water

How to Make Mars Chocolate Cheesecake

Step 1: Prepare the Base and Outer Frame
Start by placing whole Mars bars vertically around the inner edge of your cheesecake mold to create a decorative frame.

Crush the digestive biscuits finely and mix them with the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the mold to form the cheesecake base.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and the dissolved gelatin. Beat the mixture using a hand mixer or whisk until it becomes smooth and well-blended.

Pour half of this mixture over the prepared crust inside the mold.

Step 3: Add the Chocolate Layer
Melt 3 Mars bars using a hot water bath (double boiler method) until they are smooth and gooey.

Mix the melted Mars into the remaining half of the cheesecake filling. Once fully combined, pour this chocolatey layer over the plain cheesecake layer in the mold.

Step 4: Decorate and Chill
Finish by grating some chocolate on top for a final decorative touch.

Place the entire cheesecake in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 6 hours—or overnight for best results.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
Once fully set, remove the cheesecake from the mold, slice it up, and serve it to your family and friends.

They’ll love the creamy texture, the layers of chocolatey goodness, and that iconic Mars bar flavor in every bite.

Mars Chocolate Cheesecake: the ultimate treat that blends creamy indulgence with chocolatey nostalgia. One slice is never enough!
