  • 1½ cups milk

  • 1 packet liquid caramel

  • 1 tsp instant coffee

  • ¼ cup melted chocolate (melted using a hot water bath)


Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare the First Layer:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted powdered milk, toasted semolina, and cream. Stir until the mixture becomes fully smooth and blended. Then, pour it into a lightly greased pan (using either oil or butter to prevent sticking). This forms your first layer.

  2. Prepare the Second Layer:
    In a separate saucepan, combine the milk, liquid caramel, and instant coffee. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken and bubble. At this stage, add the melted chocolate (previously prepared using a double boiler). Stir well until the chocolate is fully incorporated, then immediately pour this mixture over the first layer.

  3. Set and Serve:
