Preparation

Cook the meat base:
Heat the butter in a pan, then add the ground beef and coriander. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes. -
Add broth and simmer:
Add the chicken stock and hot water, then let it simmer gently for another 10 minutes until the meat is well cooked. -
Add flavor mix:
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, walnuts, dates, pomegranate molasses, and cumin. Let the mixture cook over low heat for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors. -
Serve and garnish:
Prepare some rice and arrange it around the dish, placing the meat mixture in the center. Garnish with almonds for an elegant finish.
