Preparation Method

Cut the apples into small pieces—keeping the seeds, as they are part of the process.

Puncture the lid of the plastic container just enough to insert the wooden spoon for stirring. Be careful not to leave wide openings for air.

Place the apple pieces inside the container, leaving some space at the top for stirring.

Seal the container tightly and store it in a dark place away from sunlight for about 40 days.

After this period, strain the vinegar from the fermented apples. Press the apple pieces through the cloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
