Berry Jam – Recipe and Preparation Method

Ingredients for Berry Jam

1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Note: You can increase the quantity of berries as you wish, provided the sugar remains half the amount of berries.
Method of Preparation

Wash the berries thoroughly and place them in a large pot.

Add the sugar and lemon juice, then stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Place the pot over medium heat. Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow the jam to cool completely.

Transfer the cooled jam into thoroughly dry glass jars, seal tightly, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
