Delicious Orange Cake – Recipe & Cooking Tutorial
Orange cake, like cakes in general, is a delicious dessert often enjoyed with hot drinks or even soft drinks. Cakes are usually served during celebrations, holidays, and happy occasions.

For orange cake, orange is added, while in other cakes, the fillings may vary — but the base ingredients remain the same.
Orange cake is known for its soft, fluffy texture and its sweet, refreshing taste. It is best served chilled after baking, alongside a soda, juice, tea, or coffee.

3 packets baking powder

1 large orange

How to Prepare Delicious Orange Cake

Gather all the ingredients before starting.

Sift the flour well to aerate it and prevent lumps.

Take a large orange, cut off the top and bottom, then divide it into four quarters. Remove the white core inside, then blend the orange (with part of its peel) in a blender until smooth. Do not discard the peel, as it adds flavor to the cake.

In a mixing bowl, pour the orange puree. Add the ghee and sugar, and mix well until the sugar dissolves into the orange and ghee.

Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking again until well combined.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder into the mixture, folding everything together.

Add milk only if needed. If the batter is smooth and flows easily, no milk is required. If it’s too thick, add a little milk to loosen it.

Grease a baking pan with ghee and flour, then pour in the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Remove from the oven, let cool, cut into slices, and serve chilled.
