Fudge Brownies – Recipe & Preparation

Fudge brownies are one of the most delicious and famous desserts, often served at evening gatherings or during joyful occasions such as birthdays, graduation parties, weddings, and many other celebrations.

This dessert is rich in calories, so it’s best enjoyed in moderation. It provides the body with a large amount of energy and also contains several nutrients that can be beneficial.

Every 300 grams of this sweet treat contains approximately 1308 calories, 17 grams of protein, 146 grams of carbohydrates, and 75 grams of fat.


Ingredients (Serves 6)

Fudge Brownies

 

For the brownie cake:

  • 10 eggs

  • 800 g sugar

  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 450 g dark chocolate

  • 600 g unsalted butter

  • 450 g all-purpose flour

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 300 g sour cream

For the glossy chocolate topping:

  • 250 g dark chocolate

  • 170 g heavy cream

For the sesame nougat:

  • 120 g sugar

  • 120 g unsalted butter

  • 3 tbsp sugar syrup

  • 130 g flour

  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds


Preparation

1. Make the brownies:
Start by whisking together the eggs, sugar, and condensed milk until the mixture becomes foamy.

Melt the chocolate and butter, then combine with the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, sour cream, and the melted mixture.

Pour the batter into a baking pan, filling about three-quarters of its depth. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for around 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.

2. Prepare the chocolate topping:
Melt the dark chocolate, then add the cream. Stir until smooth and thickened. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies, then refrigerate.

3. Make the sesame nougat:
Boil the sugar, butter, and syrup together. Add the flour and stir well. Remove from heat, then fold in the sesame seeds. Spread onto parchment paper and bake at 180°C (356°F) until golden.

Place the nougat layer over the brownie cake, and it’s ready to serve—a rich, indulgent dessert that guests will love.
