  • 1.5 kg fresh salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp mustard

  • 4 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

  • 3 lemons, sliced into rounds

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Preparation

Step 1 – Make the Marinade

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.

  2. Mix well until all ingredients blend into a smooth marinade.

  3. Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes so the flavors come together.

Step 2 – Prepare the Salmon

  1. Line a non-stick baking tray with parchment paper (to prevent burning).

  2. Brush lightly with oil, then arrange the salmon fillets neatly on top.

  3. Brush the salmon generously with the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated.
