The basic ingredients are flour, baking powder, salt, milk, sugar, and vanilla. All the ingredients are blended together until the batter becomes smooth and liquid, then cooked in a pan. Pancakes are usually served with jam, honey, or chocolate.

Preparation Method

Sift the flour well, then prepare all the ingredients at room temperature.

Add the milk to the flour, then add the baking powder, vanilla, sugar, and salt.

Blend everything together in a mixer until smooth, forming a pourable batter.

Transfer the batter into a bowl for easier use.

Heat a non-stick pan well on the stove.

Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and swirl it in a circular motion, or use a spoon to shape it into a round pancake.

The batter will begin to cook and dry at the edges. Once the bottom is golden brown, flip it to cook the other side.

Once both sides are cooked, transfer the pancake to a plate.

Repeat the process until all the batter is used.

To serve, stack several pancakes neatly on top of one another on a serving plate, then drizzle with chocolate, jam, honey, or add fruit as desired.
