Strawberry Jam – Recipe & Preparation Method
Strawberry jam is one of the most beloved and delicious preserves, enjoyed by many families as a staple at both breakfast and dinner tables.
Its sweet and delightful taste comes from fresh, ripe strawberries, enhanced with sugar to create a nutritious and energy-rich spread. Thanks to the added sugar, it not only provides energy but also becomes a natural remedy that helps protect the body against several illnesses.
This jam supplies the body with essential nutrients, including vitamins and minerals such as calcium and potassium.
It also contains Vitamin B, which is vital for overall health. In addition, the pectin found in strawberries helps protect against cancer, while the iron content supports heart health.
Strawberry jam is especially beneficial for pregnant women, as it provides iron and folic acid—both essential for healthy cell division and proper fetal development.
It also boosts brain function and helps prevent age-related vision decline. Beyond that, it whitens teeth, freshens breath, and helps eliminate unpleasant odors from the mouth.
